1. Who your agreement is with

Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite  and Noteworthy Meadows is the operating company of the holiday park shown on our website.www.noteworthy-devon.co.uk References to ‘the Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ in these terms and conditions are to this company. References to ‘you’ in these terms and conditions are to you, as the person making this booking and, where applicable, to every member of your party.

  1. These terms and conditions

These terms and conditions and those relating to the Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite  book with confidence will be incorporated into your booking when we have received full or part payment from you. We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.

  1. Alterations to your booking

Your booking shall be in accordance with the details confirmed at the time of booking. Your booking shall be non-transferable and non-alterable within 30 days of your holiday start date. You may make alterations to your booking up to 30 days before your holiday start date. You may change your accommodation within the same calendar year subject to availability and payment of a non-refundable £20 administration fee and any outstanding difference in price. If you wish us to make an alteration to your booking we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your request but no guarantee can be given.  You may only change the date of your holiday once.

  1. Our service to you

We do all that we can to ensure you enjoy your holiday. However, occasionally problems occur and if they do or you have any concerns or complaints about your holiday when staying with us please contact  a member of the reception team at Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite immediately who will respond to you as soon as possible. If, once you have returned from your holiday you still have any concerns or complaints, you can contact our customer care team via email enquiries@noteworthy-devon.co.uk

All complaints should be from the lead name on the booking and contain your booking reference number and date and accommodation type.

Our customer care team will ensure your complaint is fully investigated and ask the park to respond to you directly within 14 days. All complaints should be registered within 21 days from the end of your holiday as otherwise we will not be able to consider the matter further.

  1. Cancellation by you

Should you need to cancel your booking you should advise us immediately by telephone and then confirm this cancellation in writing to us by post, or email to  enquiries@noteworthy-devon.co.uk quoting your booking reference number, if applicable and the dates and type of accommodation. Your cancellation will only be effective as at the date we receive your written confirmation.

All booking paid via bank transfer will only be excepted after confirmed clear funds.

Any over payment of refunds may take up to 35 days to process.

If you have booked through a third party please see their policy as well as ours we will not  refund their booking fee and will only offer a credit voucher which  if not used there will be No  monetary refund available.


If you need to cut short your holiday after it has commenced, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

  1. Cancellation or changes by us

In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel or change some aspects of your booking. If we do so, we will tell you as soon as possible prior to your holiday date and you may choose to either:

Accept the changes offered by us

Receive a full refund

Accept an alternative holiday with us at the same price.

We do not pay compensation in circumstances where we have to cancel your booking including those arising from Force Majeure. Force Majeure means circumstances beyond our control including (but not limited to) industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, bad weather and acts of government.

If you need to cut short your holiday after it has commenced, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Paying for your holiday

A payment of not less than £50 is required as a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Any balance due shall be paid not less than 30 days before your holiday start date.

If payment is not made by this date then we will assume that your holiday has been cancelled and we may re-sell the holiday to another guest. Any monies paid up to this point will not be refunded.

The threat of a bad review will NOT constitute a refund and if an unwarranted bad review is left, legal acton will be taken

We reserve the right to pass on any costs or bank charges we incur if we have to resubmit a cheque for payment or a cheque is declined for non-payment. Cheques will not be accepted as a method of payment if your arrival date is less than 56 days from Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite receiving the cheque. All Cheques should be made out to M Snook-Bevis  and sent to Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite, Bude road  Holsworthy, Devon. EX227JB

 

  1. Prices

All prices are current at the time of publishing and we guarantee that the price of your holiday will be as agreed and shown on your holiday booking confirmation. However we reserve the right to alter or amend our published prices so long as we notify you of any difference before you book.

All booking paid via bank transfer will only be excepted after confirmed clear funds.

Any over payment of refunds may take up to 35 days to process

  1. Arrival and departure times

Self-catering Static Caravan Check-in and key collection will be open from 4pm till 8pm.

If you have booked a touring or camping pitch, check-in is from Midday.

If you arrive after 8pm on your date of arrival please inform us by phone on 07811000071 or 07815484210

If you believe you are likely to arrive after 11pm on the day of your arrival then you must inform us. If you do not inform us and/or your intended holiday home or pitch is not occupied by 9am on the day after your arrival date we will treat your booking as cancelled and may re-let the holiday home to another guest. No refund will be paid in such instance.

You are required to depart your holiday home / pitch by 10am on your departure date.

  1. Standard of behaviour on our parks

Our parks are used primarily by families and we would ask that the behaviour of you and your party reflects this fact. Noisy, offensive or inappropriate behaviour or actions likely to cause harm to any other guest, members of our staff or anyone’s property at the holiday park will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to refuse entry to and/or eject any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, does not comply with these standards of behaviour. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

If, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, we believe that you or a member of your party may not comply with the above, on entry to the park, we reserve the right to refuse entry or not to hand over accommodation to any person or groups of persons at our discretion. In such cases a full refund will be issued to the lead name on the booking.

All children must be properly supervised by parents or guardians throughout your holiday, including all park organised activities. We reserve the right to deny access to our facilities and/or any children’s activities if, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, we believe that any child or children will be unduly disruptive.

Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite Team members will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse towards its staff. We have a zero tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave the park and/or accommodation immediately. In these cases no refund will be offered.

  1. Number of your party

The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation as advertised. In most cases this will be no more than six or eight depending on the size of the accommodation concerned. In the event that these numbers are exceeded, we reserve the right to exclude or refuse entry to any or all members of your party from the holiday park. Where half or more of the party is aged between 17 and 25, you must tell us when you book. We have the right to refuse your booking or cancel after bookings have been checked and/or we reserve the right to refuse entry or not to hand over accommodation to any person or groups of persons at our discretion.

  1. Persons or visitors staying at Noteworthy

We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay at Noteworthy who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this).

By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on this Register.

Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite is not to be used in connection with any criminal activity or commit any other criminal offence (i.e. any offence not already subject to clause at the Park or in its vicinity;) are not to carry any trade or business at the Park.

People staying at Noteworthy are not to commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance while staying at Noteworthy, or create undue noise or disturbance or commit antisocial behaviour on the Park;

People are not allowed to keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the Park; or any replica firearm or weapon, they are not allowed to keep or use any unlawful drugs on the Park; If found doing so they will be  we reserve the right to refuse entry to and/or eject any person who, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, does not comply with these standards of behaviour. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

  1. Single sex parties

We do not normally accept bookings from ‘stag or hen parties’ and have the right to cancel any online booking that breaches our terms upon checking before the holiday arrival date and/or we reserve the right to refuse entry or not to hand over accommodation to any person or groups of persons at our discretion.

  1. Groups

Family and friends who live at the same address or know each other or who travel together will be considered as making a group booking even if they have made separate bookings. Group bookings (whether made by 1 person or a number of people) of 5 or more holiday homes or pitches must be made through our Noteworthy Reservation Team by calling 07811000071 If this is not done, we will cancel any bookings that are part of a group booking. In this instance a full refund will be given. The lead booker for a group is responsible for the conduct of the other members of the group and for ensuring they comply with these terms and conditions. We may require the lead booker to provide a deposit as security in the event of any damage by any member of the group.

  1. Your holiday

As our parks are holiday parks we do not accept bookings if you want to stay for work or use the park to travel to work or for residential use. All adults booked must appear on the electoral roll at the address given when booking or provide evidence of their permanent address such as a utility bill if requested. Commercial vehicles will not be permitted to enter our holiday parks. You must bring ID with you as you may be asked for this on arrival or during your stay.

  1. Guests with specific needs

Accommodation and locations may not be suitable. If your party includes someone with specific requirements please let us know at the time of booking.

  1. Allergies

If any member of your party has an allergy to pets we would strongly recommend that you do not book accommodation which accepts pets. We cannot guarantee that pets have never occupied any of our accommodation.

  1. Smoking policy

Smoking is not permitted in any of our holiday accommodations, if you smoke or use  e-cigarettes or vaping in any of our accommodations you will be charged £100 for it to be specially cleaned.

It is illegal to smoke inside enclosed public buildings

Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite does not allow the use of e-cigarettes or vaping inside holiday accommodation or enclosed public buildings.

  1. Pets

Most dogs are welcome at our parks and in specific accommodations with a maximum of two dogs per booking. (More dogs may be accepted if agreed direct with the booking team at Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite at time of booking)

Some breeds of dog including those listed in the Dangerous Dog Act 1991 are not allowed. Please provide us with the details of the breed of your dog when you book with us.

Other pets may be permitted at the discretion of the booking team of Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite), please check when booking.

Assistance dogs for disabled guests are exempt from these requirements and charges. Pets must be kept on a lead at all times and you must clean up after your pet.

Pets are not at any time allowed to be washed in the showers of the holiday accommodation or in public showers or pot and pan wash areas

Pets (other than assistance dogs) are not allowed in any of our park facilities or play areas. Pets should not be left unattended in holiday homes or elsewhere on the park and must not be allowed on bedding or seating. If we reasonably believe your pet is causing a nuisance on the holiday park or causing damage to the holiday home you will be required to remove it from the park and/or we reserve the right to refuse entry.

If you bring a pet to stay in an accommodation that has not been graded as pet friendly, you will be charged £100 for it to be specially cleaned.

  1. Special requests

We will do our best to meet any special requests; however, we are unable to guarantee the fulfilment of these requests. Special requests do not form part of the booking contract and are not a condition of booking.

  1. Use of your holiday home / Pitch

You are required to take good care of your holiday home whilst you occupy it. At the end of your holiday you must leave your holiday accommodation thoroughly cleaned and tidy and free of all rubbish which must have been placed in the bins on the parks. We will take legal action to recover the cost of damage sustained during your occupation and any additional cleaning charges we incur in respect of your failure to comply. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation, at any reasonable time during your stay, in order to inspect the condition of the accommodation or without notice in the event of emergency. The Company does not accept any responsibility for the theft or loss of your personal possessions whilst on our parks or whilst you are in your holiday home and you should take appropriate security measures to ensure against theft and or loss.

Allocation of Pitch

Pitches are allocated  at time of booking, if you  do a multiple booking  please inform us so we can endeavour to pitch you next to each other , this is subject to availability

  1. Your car

You should comply with speed limits, parking and other traffic regulations on our parks. All vehicles are brought onto the holiday park at their owners risk and the Company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault.

The Park has a speed limit of 5MPH which is strictly enforced. We do not permit the use of non-road legal motorised vehicles e.g. Mini Scooters, Quad bikes etc. All vehicles on the park must be Taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations. All Motoring laws which apply to the highway, also apply on the park, Please take care and do not drive on the grass during wet periods or during the winter period.

 

If you are bringing an electric Vehicle and you need to access a charging point during your stay please discuss with a team member where the nearest charging points are within the local area.

Please note there is NO CHARGING of Electric vehicles at Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite.

Vehicles, driving and parking

  • You must insure all vehicles you use on the park as for use on the public road.
  • You must insure all accessories and items towed by vehicles (such as towed boats and jet skis) as for use on the public road.
  • You must not keep disused or un-roadworthy vehicles anywhere on the park. We reserve the right to remove any vehicle which is apparently abandoned.
  • You must not carry out the following works or repairs on the park: e.g major vehicle repairs such as dismantling of part(s) of the engine o works which involve the removal of oil or other fuels.
  • Motor vehicle repairs must not be carried out at the park but a recognised breakdown service may attend in the event of a breakdown.
  • Quad bikes, trials bikes and powered scooters are not permitted on the park.
  • You must not wash cars with a hosepipe.

Driving

  • We permit cars onto the park for the purposes of access to the caravan/ tent or static caravans only. Accordingly, save to the extent that you may need to do so because of a disability, you must not drive cars round the park for other purposes such as visiting other locations on the park. We may ask for reasonable evidence of any disability relevant to this rule.
  • Driving on the park is restricted to the park roads.
  • You must drive all vehicles on the park carefully and within the displayed speed limit.
  • You must hold a full current driving licence to drive any vehicle on the park.
  • You are not permitted to give anyone driving lessons at the park and we do not permit learner drivers to drive on the park.
  • There is a speed limit of 5mph on all park roads, which must be adhered to.
  1. Marketing accuracy

Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details on our website are correct at the time of being published, the images shown are for illustration purposes only and the details may be subject to alteration from one park to another. The photography on our website is to be used as a guide and some might not be of the park itself. The ‘Out and About’ sections contain options for off-park entertainment. Please check with the operators for relevant opening times.

Site may vary from advertised photos due to weather conditions and time of the year.

  1. TV filming and photography

Due to the increasing popularity of Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite we receive requests from TV and other companies to film or photograph on our parks. We also undertake our own promotional filming & photography. Every effort is made to ensure filming does not intrude into or affect any holiday activity and that it is clear to guests that filming/photography is taking place. We will not accept responsibility if, contrary to your wishes, you appear on film or in photographs and we are unable to make any financial award or payment of any kind.

  1. Data Protection

The information you give us in connection with your booking is held securely on our computer system and dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. By providing us with this information you are deemed to accept this and to have the consent of all members of your party to this. We keep this information to help us improve our service to you and to provide you with information about our holidays and services by telephone, e-mail, post and SMS and to keep you informed of our latest news and offers.   1. Park Environment

Noteworthy  Farm caravan and campsite  ( Noteworthy Meadows ) has open water sources such as ponds, Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the park rules and  layout and supervise children and vulnerable adults appropriately.

Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite meadows is located in rural areas, which may restrict lighting levels. Please take care to avoid accidents and consider using a torch if you are in any way uncertain about the lighting conditions in place. Please also take extra care on uneven ground and paths.

A1:If you have to transfer your holiday  

Contact us between 28 days and 72 hours prior to arrival by telephone 01409 253731 or 07811000071 or by email: enquiries@noteworthy-devon.co.uk and chose one of the following.

  1. a)Transfer your holiday to a new date in 2022 or 2023.

If a future holiday date is more expensive than the initial booking, the best available deal will be offered with the payment of the upgrade price either payable at the date of change or 7 days before the arrival date.

  1. b)If you don’t know your new dates, we will issue you a credit note to be redeemed against a future holiday.

  1. c)Cancel your booking and receive a full refund (If booked direct through us)

We will send you a form to complete, requesting the necessary confirmation and information and our team will be pleased to help you.

A2a: Cancellation.

If you have to cancel your holiday, please contact us and we will process your request as below.

  1. Our team members will discuss with you the options available in respect of changing the booking to alternative dates, issue a credit note for future use or alternatively agreeing a refund.
  2. If you require a refund you will be asked to send proof of why you need to cancel, such as a doctors certificate or positive Covid-19 test Which can be scanned and emailed to us.
  3. Once we have received satisfactory evidence from you, then we ask you to wait for us to pay your refund (which may be less bank charges) please note Booking payments through Pitchup.com are non-refundable please see their terms and conditions.
  4. If you Cancel within four weeks of your holiday date, there will be no refund unless we are able to relet those dates.

Please note we aim to pay refunds within 10 days but depending on the circumstances, this period may be affected by working conditions outside our control and it may be up to 42 days.

Cancellation refunds are calculated from the date we receive your verbal or written instruction.

 

A2b: If you cut short your holiday with Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite.

If you cut short your holiday for any reason including weather, there is no partial refund.

It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance.

A2c: To change your booking.

If changes are not possible and you don’t want to keep to your original booking it would have to be considered as a cancellation.

Please note that all requests to change your booking must be made by telephone 01409 253731 or 07811000071 by the same person who made the booking who acts as the representative for all members of the party.

We always hope that you do not have to cancel your holiday booking but, if you do please contact us as soon as you can.

Unfortunately unless you are cancelling under our Book with us with confidence (see A1) IF you are cancelling within four weeks of your holiday date we will not issue a refund unless we can relet those allocated dates. All deposits paid through Pitchup.com are non-refundable please see their terms and conditions.

A3a. If we have to change or cancel your holiday.

We do everything we can to provide the great holidays we advertise on our website. We reserve the right to make minor changes on site which do not have a material impact on your holiday experience.

Very occasionally we find that we can no longer offer the holiday people have booked or in exceptional circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. If this happens to you we will offer you the choice between:

1)    A replacement holiday that is the same price as the one you booked,

2)    A Credit note for a future holiday date.

3)    A full refund.

 

A4: Refunds.

If we issue you with a refund we will return your money in the same way you made your original payment – back to the same payment card, for example if you have opted for a credit note it will be valid until the end of the following year, for example if issued 2021 it will be valid until the end of 2022 and could be extended for exceptional circumstances via prior arrangement.

 

A5: Booking conditions.

  1. Bookings- Please note we cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. We do not except Stag or Hen party

We can NOT and do NOT guarantee booking of pitches or static caravans next to each other unless they are booked  direct through us at Noteworthy farm caravan and campsite  and made with prior arrangement.

  1. Confirmation- Always check your booking confirmation, we are unable to accept responsibility for any misunderstanding or errors arising. Your confirmation is our understanding of your booking. Bookings and amendments can only be made in the name and address of the person staying.
  2. Information – We aim to ensure that all our information on our website/ Facebook page is correct. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors/ photographs as these are intended as a guide only and accommodation or facilities may vary from those shown as they are not identical.

We may also close facilities at any time for health and safety reasons.

  1. Pricing- We reserve the right to alter or amend our published prices, so long as you are notified before booking, The price of your accommodation will be set out at the time we confirm your booking and this will not change unless you make amendments to your holiday or if tax rates change.

Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and we reserve the right to change the pricing to reflect any change in the rate of VAT or if any new taxes, levies or duties are imposed on your holiday. ( If booking through a booking agent)

  1. Deposits and Balance Payments. The following deposits and balance payments are required. If these are not adhered to, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

 

For bookings under £100.00 the full payment is required at the time of booking.

  1. a)Static Caravan bookings- A deposit of £50.00 is per static caravan booking per week, and is required at the time of booking.
  2. b)The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the date of arrival. If it is less than 4 weeks until the arrival date the full amount is required upfront at the time of booking.
  3. c)Touring and Camping bookings: A deposit will be required at the time of booking (this will be calculated when length of stay known). The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before arrival, If it is less than 4 weeks until the arrival date the full amount is required upfront at the time of booking.

 

 

  1. Cancellation and refunds. Your booking is a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation or curtailment we will retain any payments you have made to us until we establish whether or not the reason is covered by our Book with us with confidence policy.

If we exercise our rights to end your booking early then you will not be entitled to a refund.

 

During Your Holiday.

  1. Arrival and departures- Please read then email sent to you a few days before your arrival date giving you instructions on the arrival process.

 

Check in for Static Caravans is from 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is by 10am on the day of your departure please return keys to the park reception.

Check in for Touring and Camping bookings is from 12pm on day of arrival (please arrive no later than 10pm as a late arrival may upset other holiday makers staying with us) Check out is no later than 10am on your day of departure.

  1. Arrivals – If you have not arrived and we have not heard from you by 9am the day after your arrival date, we reserve the right to relet the holiday home or pitch, No refund will be payable.

 

  1. Early check in & Late departures- Please note we do not allow early check-ins or Late departures on any holiday accommodation unless pre-arranged with the owners.

 

 

  1. Complaints- In the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint or suggestion during your stay, please let a member of the team or Management know either in person  or by sending an email.

Bringing your complaint to our attention during your stay gives us the opportunity to investigate and resolve any problems. As we can only use the evidence which is available to us when you tell us, your complaint may be prejudiced if you do not tell us until you depart.

If you feel your reported matter has not been resolved during your stay and would like further feedback and discussion on the issue please send an email to  enquiries@noteworthy-devon.co.uk

We encourage you to do this within 7 days of leaving, if possible to give us and you the best chance of resolution.

 

11.Behaviour- The co-operation of visitors will be expected in that they will not do, or allow to be done, anything which is detrimental to the quiet enjoyment or comfort of other people staying on the site.

 

If your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate you may be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued, you must comply with speed limits, parking and other traffic regulations whilst on the Park.

Noise

Please respect other people and keep noise to a minimum between 10.30pm and 8am.

 

  1. Smoking – It is illegal to smoke or use e-cigarettes inside enclosed public buildings. You Must also Refrain from smoking or using e-cigarettes in any holiday accommodation, though we cannot guarantee that any accommodation has always been smoke free.

If you are found to be smoking in our accommodation you will be charged a £100.00 cleaning fee, again you may be asked to leave immediately and no refund for your holiday will be issued.

  1.  Hire Accommodation Only –

 

  1. a)Linen and Tea Towels- Linen is provided and made up on all beds in Static Caravans, Tea Towels are included, Please Bring your own Towels.
  2. b)Dogs- Dogs are only allowed in designated dog friendly Caravans and are not allowed on furniture or soft furnishings. We make no charge for Guide/ assistance dogs, we may ask you for reasonable evidence of your dog’s status such as your assistance dog id book. If you take a pet into hired accommodation that is not allocated as dog friendly you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80.00 for the deep cleaning of the accommodation and/or asked to find alternative accommodation for your pet.
  3. c)Cots and Highchairs- Subject to availability Cots and Highchairs can be hired at a charge of £15.00 per booking each and must be requested at the time of booking, Cot bedding is not supplied.
  4. d)Cars- All of our Static Caravans has allocated parking space, Instructions will be provided upon arrival, Please advise upon booking if you wish to bring more than one car, or have any guests visiting during your stay.
  5. e)There is a strict not charging policy of any electrical vehicles  g

E-cars,  E- bikes / E-scooters, or mobility aids.

                  If you are bringing any medical electric devises please can you inform us.

  1. f)Damages – You are held responsible for the contents of your holiday accommodation whilst it is in your possession. If you leave the accommodation in a messy or untidy state you will be charged for extra cleaning at an hourly rate of £22.00. All damages or loses are chargeable and should be reported to reception before your departure or you will be sent an invoice. Only 1 key is supplied per holiday accommodation and there is a £10.00 charge for lost keys. For any lost property please contact a member of our team as soon as possible as any lost property will be disposed of after 1 month.
  2. g)Number in your party – The total number in your party must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday accommodation.

 

 

  1. h) You must inform us if you are having visitors to your accommodation, they may only arrive from 9 am but must depart by 9 pm, and we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site earlier

 

  1. i)Refuse and Recycling- All refuse and recycling must be placed in the bins located on the park. Located at the main entrance in the large bins, recycling is in the pot and pan wash area

 

 

  1. j)Gas bottles- are property of Flow Gas and are rented by Noteworthy Farm Caravan & Campsite and must not be removed from Noteworthy Farm Caravan & Campsite under any circumstances

  1. k)We do NOT permit naked flames or candles in any accommodation at Noteworthy Farm Caravan and campsite.

 

Motorhomes, Touring Caravans and Camping

 

  1. Touring and Camping only – How to Pitch – To comply with Health and Safety and Fire regulations, you Must Pitch according to the instructions given by the team at Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite on arrival. We have a limited number of pitches for large vehicles if your Motor home or RV exceeds 7.5 meters x 4.5 meters Please call the booking team to check we have a suitable pitch available. If you pitch incorrectly you will be asked to move. Gazebos are permitted as long as they are within your pitch but may not be permitted at the sites discretion and in relation to forecasted weather conditions.
  2. You are solely responsible for securing the Caravan / tent When leaving Noteworthy Farm caravan and campsite

 

Electric supplies forMotorhomes, Touring Caravans and Camping

You must provide your own electric cable that comply to Uk standards and is fit for purpose.

We do not allow electric heaters for tents or awnings

We do not allow splitters or multiple leads per pitch

We do not  allow electric Vehicles to be charged at Noteworthy, the nearest. Public place for charging vehicles is in Bude or Holsworthy.

  1. a)Allocation – Every effort will be made to arrange neighbouring pitches for families who wish to be together  if booked direct through us, (as long as they are all booked on the same pitch type in the same area of the park at the same time ) we cannot guarantee if booked via pitch up.com  this is Subject to availability at time of booking this may not always be guaranteed.

 

  1. b)Weather- Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite accepts no responsibility for any damage to tents, awnings and vehicles due to adverse weather conditions.

On the Park.

 

  1. Dogs – Dogs must be kept on leads at all times whilst on the park. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time on the park or in/ Holiday accommodation. All dog fouling on the park must be cleared up and bins are provided around the park for this purpose. No liability can be accepted for damage or injury caused by them. We do not allow any dangerous breeds as per the Dangerous dogs act 1991. No other pets are permitted, unless agreed at the time of booking.

 

  1. NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED IN THE TOILETS OR SHOWERS OR OTHER PUBLIC PLACES E.G PARK please do not wash your dog in the showers their is a outside tap as well as a dog groomer on site

 

  1. Vehicles – The Park has a speed limit of 5MPH which is strictly enforced. We do not permit the use of non-road legal motorised vehicles e.g. Mini Scooters, Quad bikes etc. All vehicles on the park must be Taxed, insured and have passed MOT regulations. All Motoring laws which apply to the highway, also apply on the park, Please take care and do not drive on the grass during wet periods or during the winter period.

 

If you are bringing an electric Vehicle and you need to access a charging point during your stay please discuss with a team member where the nearest charging points are within the local area.

Please note there is No charging of Electric vehicles at Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite.

 

Vehicles, driving and parking

  • You must insure all vehicles you use on the park as for use on the public road.
  • You must insure all accessories and items towed by vehicles (such as towed boats and jet skis) as for use on the public road.
  • You must not keep disused or un-roadworthy vehicles anywhere on the park. We reserve the right to remove any vehicle which is apparently abandoned.
  • You must not carry out the following works or repairs on the park: e.g major vehicle repairs such as dismantling of part(s) of the engine or works which involve the removal of oil or other fuels.
  • Motor vehicle repairs must not be carried out at the park but a recognised breakdown service may attend in the event of a breakdown.
  • Quad bikes, trials bikes and powered scooters are not permitted on the park.
  • You must not wash cars with a hosepipe.

 

Driving

  • We permit cars onto the park for the purposes of access to the caravan/ tent or static caravans only. Accordingly, save to the extent that you may need to do so because of a disability, you must not drive cars round the park for other purposes such as visiting other locations on the park. We may ask for reasonable evidence of any disability relevant to this rule.
  • Driving on the park is restricted to the park roads.
  • You must drive all vehicles on the park carefully and within the displayed speed limit.
  • You must hold a full current driving licence to drive any vehicle on the park.
  • You are not permitted to give anyone driving lessons at the park and we do not permit learner drivers to drive on the park.
  • There is a speed limit of 5mph on all park roads, which must be adhered to.

  1. Facilities – The price you pay is for the holiday accommodation or pitch and does not include the use of the Launderette this can be used but will involve an additional fee. The Health and safety of you and other customers are our teams prioritya facility will only be available if both the law and our own health and safety risk assessment confirm we can open them safely. You will be staying in the accommodation or pitch you have booked and we have not promised the facilities will be open, You will not be entitled to receive any compensation or cancel your holiday if they are closed.

 

 

  1. Fires & BBQs – There is strictly no burning of wood or any type of fire pit or open fire on site. Disposable BBQs must be raised off the ground, and not on accommodation decking, Slabs which are available can be used safely and in accordance with instructions given by staff.

 

  1. We do NOT permit naked flames or candles in any accommodation at Noteworthy Farm Caravan and campsite.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. People and visitors are NOT to

Commit any criminal offence (whether or not on the Park or in its vicinity) which causes your name to be entered on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or causes you to be subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these);

Use the Park in connection with any criminal activity or commit any other criminal offence (i.e. any offence not already subject to clause at the Park or in its vicinity;)

Commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance or on the Park;

Use fireworks on the Park or lanterns

Keep or carry any firearm or any other weapon on the Park; or any replica

firearm or weapon

Keep or use any unlawful drugs on the Park;

Create undue noise or disturbance or commit antisocial behaviour on the Park;

Carry on any trade or business at the Park;

Permit anyone who is to your knowledge on the Violent and Sex Offender Register or subject to a Risk of Sexual Harm Order or a Child Abduction Warning Notice (or any register, order or notice succeeding these) to use or visit the Park.

You agree that if you or any of your family members or visitors or guests whom you have invited to the Park break the behaviour standards listed above then we may terminate your booking.

Further information.

  1. Safety – when you arrive please ensure you abide by the safety advice given. Please note that for the security of all there is CCTV in operation around the park at key locations. Parents/ Guardians must ensure that children using bicycles, scooters, Skateboards etc. must wear helmets at all times.

 

  1. Photography & filming – Other than the Noteworthy Farm Caravan and campsite team the use of drones on our park is not permitted in accordance with the drone code issued by civil aviation authority, Drones must not take off or land on land owned by Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite and must not be flown within 50 meters of people, vehicles, or buildings. We regularly take photographs and videos for promotional purposes and we occasionally receive requests from third parties to film the park, should you not wish to appear in any material please pay attention to the notices we put up when pictures are being taken.Whilst we cannot guarantee to avoid taking photographs at particular times or in particular places it is also helpful to let reception know that you prefer not to appear in any material.

 

Photography in the children’s play area is prohibited.

  1. Exclusions – Neither Noteworthy Farm Caravan and Campsite nor any employee shall be liable for any loss of, or loss or damage to any property including tents, awnings, Motor vehicles, Motor Cycles or the like or any death, injury, loss or damage directly or indirectly sustained by or occasioned to any person, unless caused by our negligence.

 

  1. Negligence – No Clause in this contract shall limit our liability for damage or loss caused by our negligence.

 

  1. Liability – We Shall not be liable to you for any Force Majeure event. For every day on which a Force Majeure Event means you are unable to stay with us and which is not already covered by our book with us with confidence policy, we may chose to either give you a pro rata refund or allow you to book another days holiday with us without charge.

 

  1. Force Majeure Events – A Force Majeure event means any circumstance affecting our business which is not within our reasonable control including without limitation

(a)   Acts of god, Flood, Drought, earthquake or other natural disaster.

(b)  Collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident: storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots and civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, epidemics or pandemics, adverse weather

 

(c)   conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, disease, Government closure and unavoidable technical problems with transport,

(d)  Non- performance by suppliers or subcontractors.

(e)   Interruption or failure of utility service.

In the event of adverse weather, your booking will only be refunded if Noteworthy Caravan and Campsite is closed for health and safety.

If you cannot travel on the day to Noteworthy Caravan and Campsite due to adverse weather we will do our best to move your booking to an alternative date but refunds will not be provided we recommend taking out appropriate Holiday insurance.

  1. Termination – If you commit a material breach of these terms and conditions, which is not capable of remedy, then we may cancel your booking on such notice, if any, as is reasonable. A material breach of the quiet enjoyment or comfort of other people staying on the park is one example of such a case. If you commit any other breach of these terms and conditions which is capable of remedy then we may give you a written notice to remedy the breach with in such time as is reasonable in the circumstances. If you fail to do so we may cancel your booking on such notice, if any as is reasonable.
